Custom trucker hat questions
What exactly is a trucker hat?
Structured foam front panel, mesh back panels, snapback closure. Ours are built on the Richardson 112 and 112FPR rope cap — cool in July, holds its shape all season. Not a mesh person? We do custom ropers, performance caps, Gramps caps and visors too.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One hat for yourself or a batch for the team, the bachelorette trip, the tailgate, or the shop.
Embroidered or printed?
Always embroidered. Real thread, so it survives sun, sweat and the washing machine.
