Order Processing

All hats are custom made-to-order and embroidered in-house by our team.

Production Time: Most Off Campus Merch hats are made to order and ship within 3–5 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for production during periods of high demand or for specialty orders. Shipping transit time begins after production is complete. Expedited shipping does not shorten production time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control are not the responsibility of our shop.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check:

• street address
• apartment or unit numbers
• ZIP/postal code
• city and state

Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout will be refunded minus the original shipping charges once the package has been returned to us.

Customers may place a new order using the corrected shipping address.

Shipping Costs & Delivery

Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over $85 where currently offered on our site.

Delivery timing begins after production and varies by destination and carrier. Once your order ships, tracking is emailed to you when available.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at team@offcampusmerch.com

Because orders can move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.

We are unable to modify shipping addresses after an order has shipped.
